For those already joining one of our trips

BOOKING FORM. This information is required to
join one of our trips and is entirely confidential - it will
NOT be used for any other purpose other than ensuring that
your trip is the safest and professionally run. No information
is sold on.
Summits Africa does not accept online payments.
If and when we can guarantee secure online payments we will
certainly offer that service. Until then most transactions
are done by wire transfer.
To book any trip with Summits Africa
a 20% deposit is required. This is simply to ensure that we
can secure any accommodation and permits. Due to the booking
policies of many lodges in East Africa this deposit is non
refundable except in special circumstances BUT if you need
to change dates your deposit payment can be used against future
bookings.
Balance of payment is required 40
days before date of travel. Therefore:
- Select itinerary / work out an
itinerary with our sales team
- Book your trip with a 20% deposit
- Receive and fill in and return
booking form
- Receive full information pack
for your safari / adventure / climb / hike or beach extension
- Full payment due 40 days before
trip
